All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During sales, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Priority/Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Pretty Jazz Collections is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Pretty Jazz Collections is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package cannot be located after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the item(s) and packaging so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.

International Delivery
Estimated international delivery is 7–21 business days, depending on your destination country and customs processing. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs inspections, local postal services, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
Pretty Jazz Collections has no control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount that may be due.
Customs Delays
Customs clearance procedures may delay delivery. Pretty Jazz Collections is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or government agencies.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
Tracking Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Returned Packages
If an international order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs duties or import fees, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged package and products. We will review your claim and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
